Started running 2 miles 3 to 5 times a week for the past few months.
Running on paved trail outside.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Would like to be able to considently run 4 miles a day without stopping.
To comfortably run without being fatigued and out of breath.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Would like to stay with it, to be motivated to make running a part of my life.
To be strong and fit and to be able to run a half marathon and a full marathon!
Personal:
I'm married to a great man that is althetic and funny. We don't have any children and love being outdoors and being active.
